Online Session #1: Target
We start this process with setting a clear intention.
You need to be clear on what you want to achieve in these 10 weeks, so you can stay focused and measure how far you have come.
It's like setting sail with a boat. With a clear direction you know how to use the wind and the currents in your favour and not get lost!
Online Session #2: Talents
As a next step you will see where your uniqueness already shows.
Your talents are where you are expressing yourself effortlessly without anything standing in the way.
At the end of the session you will know your 3 strongest talents!
Online Session #3: Uniqueness
Your creations start at the core of your being - your Self!
Like your fingerprints and your eyes, your essence is unique.
In this session you will listen deeply and uncover what your uniqueness is.
Online Session #4: Purpose
There is a part in you that is always still - your essence, and then another that is always moving - your will.
It's like having a motor inside.
When you discover why you are doing, what you are doing, your actions will have more power.
In this session you will listen to your will and embody your purpose!
Online Session #5: Vision
Your imagination is a powerful part of you, which functions beyond space and time.
It will help you get a clear picture of your desired future.
Your vision will become your guiding star on your journey.
In this session you will imagine your Dream Goal and Milestones.
Online Session #6: Values
There are many paths to get to your destination, but only one that is aligned with your values.
Your values ensure you put your energies in what you value and stand for!
In this session you will define your 3 most important guiding values.
Online Session #7: Clients
We are here to serve a specific group of people and help them solve a specific problem.
For the magic of exchange to happen, you need to be clear for whom you want to make a difference in life.
In this session you will imagine and define your Ideal Client.
Online Session #8: Offer
Your uniqueness, your talents and your future clients will have already given your hints on what you are able to offer.
In this session you will work on getting even more clarity on what to offer to the world.
Online Session #9: Mission - Action Steps
Your mission brings your vision into action.
When the action steps are too big, we get overwhelmed and might not even start.
In this session you we will break them down into small actionable steps for the coming year.
And then you can start walking!
Online Session #10: Reflect, Grow, Learn
To close this 10 week cycle we will take time to reflect on
how this process has changed you,
what new realizations you can take with you,
what you have learned.
You will see, who you have become.

Hi, I am Elisenda, my passion to make the world a better place has brought me to work in a children’s home in Argentina, support start-ups in Austria and Italy, capacity build women entrepreneurs, rural farmers and young Capoeiristas in Zimbabwe and coach hundreds of people world-wide in their self-development.
Together with my
companion and teenage son, we live on the Italian Riviera in Sanremo.
I often do not fit in and feel, I come from the future we are about
